We had a great experience during our time with the townhouses at Pine Lake village. Tim, the manager, was always quick to respond and had great communication. The maintenance team- especially, Terry- was excellent any time there was an issue. They took care of the snow in the winter by plowing or manually shoveling early before residents would get up and worked hard to keep the area neat & clean for everyone.

I have lived here since August 1st. In that time, I have found the apartments to be clean and quite and the maintenance department to be prompt and professional. As a business owner in Newaygo, I know that most reviews are only left by individuals that have had a negative experience. Most of us do not take the time to leave a positive review. I would highly recommend Pine Lake Village Apartments for all that they are and thankfully, for all that they are not. I was not sure what to expect before moving in having read some of the reviews, but I have been more than pleasantly surprised by my experience

Currently at Pine Lake Village we are accepting applications for our 2 bedroom standard apartment, which will be open 6/15/14 for $625.00 per month.
We also will have two - 2 bedroom deluxe apartments as well. One will be ready for move in on 5/23/14 and the other will be around the end of May. The deluxe units are $725.00 per month.
We are also going to have one Town home available at the end of June. These go very fast so please go to our web site and apply online or stop by our office any time and pick up an application at 137 W. Pine Lake Drive Newaygo, MI. 49337. We are located behind Plumbs
