Wow! I am very happy by my experience at Upland Massage. This was my first massage ever, and I cannot believe I waited so long. Upland Massage is very affordable, and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I had some questions, so I emailed Upland Massage and received a courteous response in just a few minutes. Jason is a great masseur. I now feel loose and relaxed. He was kind and attentive the entire time. I will definitely be coming back.

1st we had to pay for the massage before we got the massage. 2nd it wasnt even a real massage, she just pushed on my back & legs pretty much. 3rd she cut about 10 min off my massage by going in & out of the room to get supplies& then cut my time short.

Massage was okay a little too painful masseuse was using her elbow too much felt like an elbow was jabbing me the whole time, and I felt as I was tensing up more then relaxing. Also another thing I've never experienced at any other massage spot as soon as I walked out the room, 3 workers were standing at the exit asking for a tip, as I was writing the tip on the receipt the lady was looking at the receipt looking to see how much I tipped.. a tip shouldn't be asked for in my opinion I shouldn't have felt obligated to tip, it should be up to the person if they want to tip based off

The only reason I'm not willing to go back to this place is because I felt like if I didn't give a $40 tip for the services my daughter and I received, they would have held us hostage. Don't get me wrong the massage was pretty good and the price is cheap. Perhaps I don't know how to tip. I tried to give a $10 tip for my massage and a $10 tip for my daughters but the man at the counter dang near made me feel like if I didn't give a $20 tip for both me and my daughters massage, we were going to have problems. When we walked out our rooms the workers were blocking the door

I had visited this place a few months ago and never got around to leaving a review. I know this pandemic has been so hard for so many small businesses, I figure I need to do my part to leave a review.
My boyfriend and I had come for the 1 hour massage and left extremely happy. I used to live in Arcadia and had a spot I went to on a regular basis and since moving to Upland, I hadn't found a new place to go until I came here. The staff is all friendly, and I believe my masseuse was Jason, who paid great detail to the places that bothered me most. My boyfriend had never gotten a massage before

Sad to say the person massaging me was the cashier. The experience was a horrible one to say the least. She walked out on me over 15 times and never got finished any body parts she got started. I feel like a total sucker! She charged me up front which kinda gave me a bad vibe from the start. I figured maybe she had a bad experience with a customer, but now I know the truth. If you read this don't get fooled by the good reviews. I was ready to leave 45 minutes into the massage and I should have just done that since I payed for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The massage therapist I had was very nice and polite, but the massage was very painful and rough. I had to tell them to lighten the pressure about three times before the massage started feeling more relaxing. I was sore for days after. Everyone has different pressure sensitivities though. Be sure to communicate with your massage therapist.

Read the reviews and one of the reviewer mention the lady name Cici she was very great professional for one thing they got me is that when she went to get the hot rock she left my door cracked when she came back in my room she left the door room open I had to ask her to close the door of course I was under sheet I felt it a little violated other than that the place is nice neat and clean

👎 - no difference between shiatsu, Swedish, pressure point, or any other style of massage. They just start massaging. If you get a foot massage, they'll yank on your toes pretty hard so be mindful of that before the massage begins.

First time at this message it was awesome I got a lady name CC she was awesome I got the 90 minute massage for 60 dollars. I thought it was a Great price 60 minutes back massage 30 Legs and feet. The only down fall was she really didn't do a head massage and I Love that! But over all I will definitely be going back!

This was my first time getting a massage ever and I really really enjoyed it.
I must say it was way better than I expected Annie is great and made me feel so much better I went in with minor back pain and she was able to relieve it. I am definitely going back! The price is great and you definitely get your money worth! Very clean and secure

.. I was on the search for an affordable, good massage..fully expecting to sacrifice a little quality along the way. Quality is NOT sacrificed..and the value is incredible!
