The "Absolute" Kneadz treatment is a combination of effective massage treatments with tool assisted techniques. Techniques designed to mobilize scar tissue, fascial restrictions or adhesions, muscle tension and reduce soft tissue (tension) related pain, while also addressing maintenance, recovery and rehabilitative needs.
Aromatherapy massage incorporates the use of essential oils within the treatment to enhance a specific effect. Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts, derived from leaves, bark, roots, seeds and flowers. In aromatherapy massage, essential oils are mixed with a lotion or oil. The therapist chooses an essential oil mixture based on what you need.
A pre-event sports massage is delivered about 30 minutes before a workout or competition. Pre-event sports massage uses dynamic stretching to allow the connective tissue to work through a full range of motion, thereby reducing possible injury It should be brisk and light and complement a warm-up.

This is the place to visit when looking for quality work. They treat their customers with amazing care and provide great services. Everyone there does great work but the times that I've gone I've been lucky enough to have Sean as my masseuse. I've always left there feeling better than before and I would recommend it to everyone.

I went to Kneads because of an extremely painful stiff neck. Miriam was very personable and professional professional all the way through. Not to mention she did a fantastic job. She worked out most of the knots in my neck and shoulders and now I can turn my head with little or no pain. I'm planning to make it a regular thing each month after the holidays. Very satisfied and highly recommend !

I've been going here for over a year and I've never had a bad massage! The therapists are experienced and they actually listen and respond to specific needs and ailments. Over many years, I've had lots of massages at many different places, but until I found Kneadz, I'd never found one with such an experienced and professional team. One word. A-MAZING!!!

Love this place. Started going to them during the lockdown because teaching from home wreaked havoc on my back. Kianis and Miriam are awesome at what they do. They'll leave you feeling like brand new! I literally left today thinking "so this is what it feels like to not have back pain!" So amazing! The place is great and clean and the staff is very Covid conscious as I see them wear masks around clients. I keep telling people about Kneadz Work because they deserve all the props for the help they give their clients. Can't wait to go next month.

Unbelievable!........... unbelievable!!!!!!! I have never experienced a massage like the one I had with Miriam. I'm a personal trainer and can be hard on my body. I explained to Miriam my problem areas, and she worked her magical hands! She is AMAZING! Very welcoming and extremely friendly. First time at Kneadz and it won't be my last. Best experience ever!

So glad I found this place and wish I went sooner! I injured my trapezius muscle at the gym and walked in stiff, in pain, and barely able to move my head around. I walked out feeling so much relief and with full mobility back to my neck. Joy was fantastic and made me feel completely comfortable.

Just before I found out I was pregnant, I had booked a massage online based on the 5 star reviews. The day I found out happened to be the day of my appointment, so I was bummed I couldn't get my much needed massage! The main appeal for me was that they offered deep tissue and cupping services. Just went here for the first time and oh my! Where has this place been?! I wanted to treat my friend to a massage for her birthday and the reviews on Yelp were amazing for this place. I had Kerri and my friend had Taylor and we both came out of our massage thinking, "I hope her therapist was as good as mind!" And let me tell you, they were amazing! We were so relaxed and so pleased with our massage! We will definitely be back! The lotion was perfect-not oily/greasy, and the music was very relaxing. 70 minutes was the perfect amount of time. I got a membership here back in April, I've been going just about once a month. My massage therapist is Sean McDonald and he has been awesome. He has been getting my chest and shoulders back to normal. The massages are intense but Sean is good and adjusts when it's too much, or if i need a breather. Its going to be awesome when my shoulders get back to normal.

Brought my dad here for his first massage, now he’s spoiled and might never know the difference haha. Loved how friendly and helpful everyone was, patient, and professional. Everyone I encountered from the phone, to the desk, to the passing therapists were kind and friendly. Larry the owner is also very kind. Best of the best. I am a professional dancer and have been to many different massage places, mostly in need of deep tissue and sports medicine. Update: wanted to review this place again, because well they definitely deserve it. I came in to see Sean with some major lower back pain issues I've been having. Dealt with a lot of sciatica nerve pain in the past year, and coming to see Sean was like hitting the lottery for the body.
Came in today (1/21/2021) and I couldn't bend over to touch my toes, by the end of the hour session I was able to with ease! I can't emphasize enough how happy that made me feel. What could have been month recovery, Sean took it down to an one-hour recovery session. Incredible.

The place: Taking all the necessary precautions for client and workers' safety. Clean, calm and inviting atmosphere. One suggestion - a bit more lighting for those that need to fill out paperwork.
