I needed a crack inspected by a PE in the basement of a house I purchased. I called Bill Turner and he inspected it, verified that the house was structurally sound, and then sent a report with a recommendation of how to fix the crack. After following his recommendation, he followed up with a report of completion. Highly recommend!

I heard about Bill Turner from my Newport neighborhood emails search for a structural engineer. Bill of course came highly recommended, even well versed working with historical homes and the city. We conversed briefly over email and I felt he understood my ideas! I believe we spoke once on the phone and he's very encouraging and it's exciting when someone understands your ideas and can make them happen! A few days prior to our scheduled appointment he confirmed the date. I arranged a meet up with a contractor, the historic preservation rep and Bill. The entire appointment could not have gone better

I cannot give him zero stars and if I could I would. This man took 6 months of my life away that I can never get back. He told us that he would give us drawings for our contractor within 2 weeks and it took 6 months!! And even with those drawings the contractors still couldn’t even figure out his drawings. Do not use him
