We hired ANDATE Construction to remodel the second floor of our home. It would be one thing to say that we are satisfied with the quality of work provided by Dan and his crew at ANDATE, but these guys deserve much better than that. The Project Manager on site, made sure everything went smoothly day-to-day and was extremely helpful anytime we had questions or concerns - this guy really knows his stuff.

I had an unfortunate accident to my home in August 2020. Two huge Oak Trees fell onto my home causing roof, water, structural damage to bedrooms, living room, kitchen, doors, floors and walls. Within two months they fixed everything within budget from the insurance company. It was amazing how quickly they started, worked everyday, finished within the time constraints of the insurance company because we had to live in a hotel. We checked into the hotel and left when other people were still there with the same situation as us from the storm. The job they did with the house was amazing, everything

Last month, I was interviewed for a job here and the interviewer was asking me inappropriate questions. He was asking if I was slow. Also asked if I was autistic. It was of a discriminatory nature. He was very unprofessional did not really ask questions that were more suitable to determine if the job would be good for for me. I have an audio recording of the interview if it is needed for me to escalate this situation.

Andate Construction came through all the way for me. They were professional, attention to detail, great customer service which resulted in a beautiful job which we are very happy with. Dan Jr led the job and he was absolutely fantastic both with his knowledge of all parts of construction from plumbing to electrical and everything in between, as well as his great personality and happy demeanor. Will definitely be using Andate again.

Andate Construction Corp. was brought to our attention by State Farm as a preferred vendor to rip out and install decking and fortify its foundation after a tree slammed into a portion of our deck. They also replicated the seating and the planter and reinforced the railing. They were knowledgeable, thorough, professional, timely, neat and courteous and made detailed adjustments on their own that they preferred to make after their price was already firm. I would recommend them without reservation and would use them again.
