In 2005 Bruce Wakefield decided it was time to pass the torch to his daughter Christine Wakefield Plante and her husband Gregory Plante, thus ensuring another generation of continued commendable customer service. When Mike showed up for estimate he didn’t even have a pad to write down what I was asking for and had a helper write down some measurements on scrap paper. After 2 weeks I called to ask for an update on the estimate but one was never started. After a month i received an emailed estimate but the work I asked for was wrong on the estimate and no break downs of cost were identified, just a brief description of work to be done(which was wrong) and a number. I then emailed Greg and Jackie back with the concerns with the estimate and a break down of the job I was looking to have done. I was then told
