A few years ago my mother was hit by a car as a pedestrian. She spent a week at Harborview Medical Center.
Although her injuries weren't life threatening, they were life altering. The driver who hit her had insufficient auto insurance to cover my mother's injuries, however, my mother had underinsured protection with Geico. We learned it's up to the insurance companies to decide the amount of money to allocate, which ended up being a fraction of her policy, barely covered the cost of her stay at Harborview.

Mr. Silverman with another attorney actually got together and helped me with dealing with I don't know how to say this but it is my belief it was a crooked trust fund attorney that was assigned to me because I filed a bankruptcy.
