I was in dire need to have my work vehicle repaired, I am self employed so the longer my wheels were not rolling I was loosing money. Car fix came to my rescue and got me back on the road ASAP. Great people to talk to and seemed very helpful. Told me my rotors and breaks were both destroyed and I needed almost $400 to fix it so I held off knowing I could do it myself. Well today I did it myself and my rotors are perfect. Literally perfect. He just tried to screw me out of money I guess.

Excellent experience. Staff super nice and the work was completed satisfactory. They seemed honest and detailed. I received a follow up text which was nice. I do have to return because after the tire rotation I think a tire may be out of balance but they said to bring it in to have them look at it. Will be returning. 😁

My car was towed to Car Fix because that is where AAA directed the driver to take it. I had no options, not knowing anywhere in Oak Ridge. Car Fix took care of the problem and did a good job at that!
The staff was polite and responsive, explaining the problem and what it would take to fix it. The price was fair as well. I fully recommend them!

I have always used car fix for my oil changes and normally am pretty pleased. However I got an oil change on 6/25/2021 from 4:30-4:58, everything seemed to be fine I paid for my service and the receipt said they completed the whole service except the oil light was never turned off. Since I am a regular I am signed up for text alerts for when I need a tire rotation etc. On 7/6/2021 I received a text alert that my tires needed to be rotated. I called to confirm if the text was a mistake and they stated that they did not complete the service, they were rude and not apologetic. When I asked about a

I've had several great experiences here at CarFix. They put out great mailer coupons so I thought, why not? In addition to getting regular oil changes here, I've had to come in for two tire repairs which they did for free. They also have a nice waiting room but I love to walk over to Big Cs Barber shop next door. Two birds, one stone!

I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car worked on. This place treats you like family from the first step you take in the building. I've been in several times for several different issues, from an oil change to an A/C leak to a leaking tire. They're happy to give you a rental car if they need to keep your car for an extended period of time and they're very quick with all the services I have had done here. Their explanations of any problems with you car are also very detailed and easy to understand.

I had transmission replaced. Payment was by warranty company. They did all the communication, delivery of rebuilt trans, etc. Car Fix submitted price and all was agreed upon. My out-of-pocket would be the $100 deductible. I had a $87 'coupon', so my final cost should have been $13. But when I arrived to pick up car it was $307. Car Fix charged ME 'Their' price for labor, while agreeing to accept the warranty companies payment. Eh???

I just had major repair done to my Ford Ranger. I had good experience in the past at Rivers but was concerned with the transition of ownership. The new team was very helpful as they replaced my engine and clutch. I've been driving the truck for a week with no issues. You pay for quality and I believe they performed quality work with an unmatched warranty. I will return when I have problems in the future.
