I have been a regular customer for over 15 years, but I don't know if I will ever go back. They have not handled the pandemic effectively at all. They are understaffed, as are many restaurants, but they give time estimates for food that are way, way off, resulting in very long waits, up to double the estimated time. This has become a consistent problem, which shows that they should be aware of the necessary time but won't tell customers how long it will really take. In addition, the error rate on orders has increased significantly. This is a shame, since this was my standard for many

The food taste good, but lately the woman at the front feels she can change the prices at will without prior notifying the customer. Twice now she has done that with me. Last time let her know that's soo wrong, especially without letting me know when I place the order.
Also, they don't always add all the ingredients to the food. Latest was taking out the water chestnuts slices from the house special fried rice.
I feel the woman is very rude as well. I don't think will buy from them again.
Being generous with the two stars... One will be more deserving.

Of the numerous Chinese takeouts in Bergen County this is probably second best to Jade Dragon in Oradell in my experience.
Consistently good, friendly staff. Myself and friends have tried many items on menu from Wonton soup, spare ribs, chicken friend rice to sweet n sour chicken and general Tsos ... nothing has disappointed.

One of the better American Chinese food restaurants in the central Bergen County area.
Prices are about what you'd expect -- maybe a few cents higher across the menu.
Fast preparation and delivery.
Has a few tables inside but very crowded and wouldn't be comfortable to sit and eat with people waiting for take-out crowding the table area.
Restaurant has a website with online ordering but I've found it to be buggy and unreliable.

Looked on yelp for reviews. Saw they had pretty good things said. So gave them a try. Absolutely no complaints. My children hate spicy food. They offer an orange chicken with no spice and my kids love it. The rice is always cooked perfect. Definitely recommend for a night of takeout when us tired moms are not up for cooking.

I was very skeptical when I walked into the tiny location to get some Chinese take-out and was expecting fast-food quality, BUT what I discovered was the best Chinese food I have ever had in NJ, with quality ingredients and a nice balance of flavor.
The thing that distinguishes the quality of Wing Lee the most is that I could actually taste the food. It was not saturated with salt in the sauces and soups, like most Chinese restaurants. I have only found one other place that makes Chinese food like this and it is in California.
The veggies were clearly fresh and my entire family enjoyed the experience

I have been coming here for 7+ years and has been extremely consistent. Chinese food classics like Beef or Chicken w/Broccoli, General Tsos, Sweet and Sour Chicken are on point.
Egg rolls are great, won ton soup is good. I am totally lost as to why there are some bad reviews on here since this has been consistently good for so many years.

I have been ordering here for 5 years. I tried ordering a lunch special at 3:01 today. They said they are on their dinner menu now and can not make any exceptions. The food is not good enough to treat customers like a number. There are 10 other Chinese restaurants that will deliver to me and one of them did.

Wing Lee has very excellent and delicious chinese dishes! My family has enjoyed their wonderful food for many years! The pepper steak with onions, shrimp and broccoli, chicken with broccoli, shrimp lo mein, shrimp egg foo young, shrimp schezhuan, shrimp with garlic sauce, general tso's chicken, chicken Hunan, shrimp Hunan, egg rolls, and soups are some of our very favorites, and are always fresh and delicious! The people that work there are always very nice, courteous, and caring. We will continue to patronize this excellent restarant always!

I've been ordering from Wing Lee for a couple of years now. With the exception of a few incidents where perhaps my drink was forgotten, the food is always outstanding. I'm actually going to order Wing Lee in a couple of minutes.
I definitely recommend ordering food here. I love their spicy beef, and I love the general tsos chicken too. They give great spring rolls and surprisingly they have amazing wings!

Well ordered pepper steak with onions and to say the least I never had so many onions and the meat you had to look for it in the container. Delivered warm...

Like many others have said this place can be hit or miss but has been consistent recently.
My boyfriend wasn't feeling so hot last night so we decided to order up some Chinese and get this boy some egg drop soup goodness to kick start killing this cold.
The woman over the phone is very nice and makes sure she got your order correctly before hanging up the phone. We ordered a sweet and sour chicken combination with pork fried rice and an egg roll, pork lo mein, a pint of chicken of broccoli and a sprite. Food arrived hot and fresh within 20 mins of ordering. My family ordered take out and while the food was good and promptly delivered, the order was missing many items. There were egg-rolls missing out of the combo platters, the sweet and sour chicken did not come with sweet and sour sauce and our quart of soup was delivered as a pint. When we called to rectify the situation, we were treated very poorly on the phone and to sum up the conversation, it was well you paid...sorry.
