This front desk assistant name Atresia(or she is paralegal). She was rude, unfriendly, and impatient.
It seems she couldn't be bothered. I have been living and working in Boston for over 15 years. I believe my English isn't that bad to had had to repeat myself five times to make my story clear. Either she can't understand English, or she couldn't understand the story. Please find a better front desk assistant or a paralegal, and if not, you will lose a lot of your business.

My husband is in process with I-130 Petition for our adopted daughter in Indonesia. As Indonesia is not party of Hague Convention; therefore the process is extremely completed, costly, and very long.
