I've had the privilege to call the Bentonville/Rogers/Lowell area "home" for over 20 years. Originally brought to the area from Wisconsin by Wal-Mart, through the years I've always had a passion and knack for real estate. I grew up in Wisconsin on a typical dairy farm operation, learning from an early age a dedicated work ethic, no matter the weather or situation.
Prior to Arkansas statehood, which came in 1836, settlers began staking clams in the Pea Ridge, AR area. The town's name was originally Pearidge, but was changed to Pea Ridge soon after. The Civil War Battle of Pea Ridge in 1862 was the largest Civil War incident west of the Mississippi River and is credited with preserving Missouri for the Union.

I was referred to Jim by mutual friends. They said he’s our kind of people. And they were right. I ended up buying a 5 acre property in McDonald county through Jim. After the purchase I decided to contact a neighboring property owner about possibly buying 15 more acres joining my place. I called Jim and asked if he knew the guy or any details. He told me, let me get you a name and number. I bought the 15 acres with Jim not making a dime. After that experience, he’s my family’s real-estate agent going forward. They did all they could to help us find out dream land and accommodate our times to see it.
Closing happened quickly and smoothly and they were friendly and never pushy doing the process as we chose the land we felt best for our needs. They even did more research into surrounding neighbors and were honest about what they found so a few times we chose not to pursue land due to possible conflicts with surrounding property.
