Critical: Professionalism
They we’re supposed to call us back, never did, we called and Juanita answered and was very rude and unprofessional, would not let me speak, sadly. Horrible customer service. We we’re very excited to rent from them! Professionalism is everything for us, my husband as an owner of a business would NEVER speak to his client like that!

I cannot say enough good things about NWA Reality! Juanita and her team have been so amazing to my daughter and I for the last 4 years (working on 5)! I’ve never had a problem with a single thing. They have especially been so kind to all of us during this pandemic! When my heat went out, they had someone here within the hour to fix it; fridge went out, I got a new one; my daughter had emergency surgery and they called to ask about her and even worked out a payment since they knew I was missing work. Everyone is so friendly and attentive! I recommend them 1000%!!! Thanks for all you do NWA Reality

I have owned rental properties in 4 countries and in 6 different states. I now own several properties in Northwest Arkansas. NWA Realty Group are the best residential property management team I have worked with anywhere. They are responsive, on top of any issues involving tenants or the property itself, and are great tow work with. Vacancies and tenant screening handled with care, diligence, and speed. Cannot recommend highly enough.
