Services
Some people think and say that the most important service a Broker provides clients is knowledge of the marketplace. While that is quite important indeed, the truth is that the most important service a Broker provides to a client is an accurate accounting, guidance and strategy of the transaction being handled by the Broker, and being a licensed CPA means we are held to a higher standard- as we should be.
We're professionals when it comes to rent collection and rental income distribution when it comes to rental property management in Central CT. Each month, our staff will collect the rent from your property. On the 15th of each month, rental property income checks are prepared and mailed to you or if you're enrolled in our direct deposit program, electronically deposited into your bank account.
Let's face it: One of the most important functions of owning an apartment building of any size is finding the most suitable, Connecticut based, property management company available to adapt to your building unique needs. Choosing Revolution Properties means you will get professional, experienced guidance.
As the leading multifamily apartment management company in Central Connecticut we understand that your primary objective is to maximize your ROI. Period. We have created a management system that considers this goal with every decision we make with regards to the management of your property. Many property owners look at hiring a property management company as an increased expense that will lower ROI.
Think rental property management in Central Connecticut is just for the big boys? Think again. Whether it's a job relocation or a change in lifestyle sometimes our clients are 'reluctant landlords' on a house they used to own or inherited. By engaging us to manage that home we are able to take away the stress of being a landlord and actually turn the experience into a positive and.

I purchased a property in April of 2021, and Revolution Properties was already assigned to the house through the previous owner. Through back and forth deciding if I wanted to use a property manager, I ended up speaking with one of the property managers, Thomas, and that conversation led me to make the best decision possible! I had no idea how a property manager worked, but in the last 7 months I have not had a single issue! They respond to tenant calls in a timely manner, they are on top of communication with me as the owner for numerous reasons. One is incase a payment is going to be a day or

Out of fear of retaliation, I waited until moving out of my apartment to post this, but this company is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. (And I myself, work in property management) They do not respond to issues in a timely fashion. It took them 4 months to fix my heat in the winter time. My back door was stuck shut for months and I never received any updates on when someone would be out to fix it. Once it was “fixed” it broke again within 8 days. Every time someone contacts me, it’s always someone different. The owner Cecilia doesn’t respond to emails or text messages

Came recommended from friend for their specialty in smaller portfolio investors, would NEVER suggest them not even my worst enemy. SLUMLORD management at it's finest. If she has to actually manage, she will berate you as if you are defending your tenant instead of doing her job and consulting you.
EVERY tenant, had issues with them, even the tenants who pay on time, and keep their place clean free of complaints. Issues include lack of communication, and when there was any it was rude, combative and condescending. Saying our tenants wouldn't let vendors in for work, when they never communicated

One of the best property management companies I have worked with. They were always friendly, professional, highly accommodating with any requests, very respectful of privacy and totally willing to schedule inspections or repairs around my schedule, and judging by their own location and the apartment I rented from them they seem to have good taste in real estate.
My apartment was beautiful and in a great/central location for either walking or driving, yet the rent they asked of me was eminently fair and I felt extremely satisfied with the value I was getting for that price.
Whenever I talked with
