I was facing not only a wage garnishment but an IRS Tax levy on my bank account. All of my money was frozen and I was absolutely terrified and did not know what to do. Luckily I did an online search for a fairfax bankruptcy attorney and I found Fisher-Sandler.

My Husband and I were searching for a fairfax bankruptcy attorney and found the Fisher-Sandler website on our mobile phone. I was able to schedule a free consultation right from my phone..Yay! Fairfax bankruptcy attorney Nathan Fisher helped stop my wage garnishment. I was able to schedule an appointment online and meet with Mr. Fisher the next day. He filed what they call an emergency bankruptcy petition which started what he explained to me the automatic stay so my wage garnishment stopped and I was even able to get the money they had garnished back :) . All I did was searched bankruptcy attorneys and a list came up and I scanned the list. I clicked on Mr. Sandler's site and that's who I chose and I am happy I did.
