If you have dental insurance and want to feel that you are paying for dental insurance that is worth nothing, for sure when you get here they will let you know, because this office only has in mind to give you the dental codes that the insurance will never cover so that have to pay out of your own pocket. The administration is disgusting, they have some of the staff with very little education, they are not able to have a professional conversation without the rest of the staff that works there and all the patients who are outside waiting for their appointment to find out about your conversation

Made an initial appointment based on the "specials" listed on their website (which states that a regular cleaning is $65.00). I didn't have insurance at the time, so was expecting to pay between $200-$300 TOPS. The day of my appointment finally came, they did all the X-rays and the doctor checks me up as usual. He was very friendly, no complaints there. After all of this, he tells me I am now going to sit with the "manager" who will explain everything to me. This lady proceeded to quote me almost 6K for a cleaning, some laser treatment thing (that I did NOT ask for), and

I have never seen such a clean office in my life! It is such a nice environment with great people working in it. The owner is very nice, the dentist and hygienist as well. Everytime I leave after getting something done, whether it's a cleaning, root canal, crown, etc, I am very happy with my results. Thanks to this office, I feel happy to go to the dentist.

Chose this dentist as my primary care. Spent plenty of Money here on crowns, Root canal etc. Long story short i needed an tooth extraction and they told me it will cost me $250. Im like what? Can you at least come down on the price i just spent nearly $2000 on a Root canal and crown. I left there and found a dentist nearby that charges me $175 smh. Money hungry at to say the least

Even tho i had an HMO dental insurance they participate in.... they charged me the co-pay but they did not accept anything that insurance said they would cover !!! But i needed to get cleaning done so i paid $65 for it and another work that i paid a couple hundred for it. aside from insurance issue they had friendly staff and clean rooms. Adionet the office mgr was nice and helpful and Danny and Dr. Perez did a good job so did the hygienist Rita.

Not just with this location but with the other one as well super bad customer service as well as bad service. I can't count the times I've gone and they've been hours late on my appointment even with me having an appointment and as well as them causing me pain to one of my teeth, even going numerous times for them to fix it and not being able to... I will never go to any of these perfect smile dentals ever in my life again and don't recommend anybody. I'm also not want to write these bad reviews but damn this place really sucks

I don't recommend this place to get braces done. I brought my two teenaged boys to start treatment, first of all they charge way more than other places, but at the time I hadn't done my job of checking prices so that was my fault. They started treatment in August, right away the brackets started falling apart, the problem was that when I called, they said that they could not fix it because there is no orthodontist in the office, she only comes twice a month. They could only cut the wires. So the next month I could not keep my appointment so I had to wait a whole month. Meanwhile, the braces were

Went there for a consultation to get braces and after waiting for more than an hour they told me that the computer to take new patients was not working to wait for about 20 mins after another hour past by they told me that the computer was still not working and so i had to leave and wasted my time. Horrible...i mean can they write??

It's insane how much "work" they find that needs to be fixed ASAP. They told my friend she needed 2 root canals, 4 crowns, had 8+ cavities, and that she needed to remove her molars even though they weren't bothering her. I think the estimated total was $6000+. Don't trust these people. Get a second opinion.

Omg what a nightmare. My first appointment I went in for a regular cleaning, the dentist came in and examined me and walked out of the room. I was then moved to a different room to discuss payment because the dentist told the staff I needed several other things apart from a cleaning. Which amounted to about $450 which was insane, I felt pressured to pay for those services which I could not afford even with me dental insurance. So I left feeling embarrassed without having any services done. I decided to reschedule for a regular cleaning about 2 weeks later, I was contacted at least 3 or 4 times

Not even worth one star very money hungry people. I had no cavities but they wanted 1,300. for just a deep cleaning. Also, they recommended to remove my wisdom teeth an additional fee. My wisdom teeth are in perfect condition and not bothering me. They wanted money I do not have for just a little bit of plague removal. I must have a face that says stupid and born yesterday on it. However, I was on this planet too long for that. I went somewhere else for 200.00 for a deep cleaning my whole teeth top and bottom. No wonder people do not go to Dr's and dentist lack of trust. This place has the worst service imaginable. AND they will only render the service that he doctor says to render. So if the doctor says you need a deep clean and you don't want a deep clean but a basic cleaning, they wont allow it. They will refuse it 'because the insurance wont pay for it'. I work in benefits. I work as a liason with benefits companies ALL DAY. I KNOW this is not the process. They're just trying to scam you from here to Mars so they get their money. See the review before me... they refuse to refund....

This place try's to scam you and rob your money make sure you see everything they charge you for and don't sign nothing unless it's the final price. If they say the price will change later it's bull believe me. I write this for everyone but in specific for the people with no insurance, I guarantee you they will call for credit, tell you you'll pay a low amount and interest but when you get there first bill you'll go nuts, I really don't recommend this place but if you do make sure you sign for what you are gonna pay not that they promise latter it'll be
