I wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone. Thanks to his mercurial policies our two year old puppy died. We called the clinic, it was a definite emergency. Our dog was unresponsive and had started bleeding from her rectum. He wouldn’t let us walk her into the clinic until we paid them first. My husband sat in their parking lot waiting for me to arrive with the credit card. We begged, pleaded but were told, “Sorry, we can’t see her until you’ve paid. We didn’t owe them money. This is the clinic we’d used for our dog before. So After we paid, then they went to go find the stretcher to

Welch's Vet Clinic, did, for many year, provided rabies shots for many area of Elmore County. The cost for these onsite rabies vaccinations was the same price as the ones he gave in his clinic. This service, though it was time consuming for Dr. Welch, was greatly appreciated by the elderly population. Many of these could not or did not have a way to get their pets to a vet for this vaccination. This wonderful service allowed the county residents to keep their pets vaccinated, safe and Legal. Thank You, Dr. Welch. We are missing you this year

Dr Welch and his staff are kind, caring, compassionate people. We have taken our pets to him for years. He found out what was wrong with our new kitten we found in Florida, where the other vets in Florida failed to see it on the x ray. He always takes the time to explain everything and they were all wonderful when our 18 year old cat passed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
