Waiters were very kind and food was good , what I didn't appreciate was waiting for our food for almost an hour and a half but everyone who came way after us all enjoyed their meal and left, my husband and I are Latin and it's very odd and too much of a coincidence that we were the only ones waiting that long, our waitress was very apologetic but the owner seemed like he can care less that we waited that long, there was a table who came after us who got the same meal but was served first ... very disappointed because I was excited for the experience and food but instead we had to go through

We were traveling east... this leg of our journey from the Finger Lakes toward Massachusetts. The rural roads and scenery beautiful, but not a lot of places to stop to eat. We were HUNGRY.
We made a turn in Whitney Point and saw this charming old building (seen lots on the way) and saw the sign for Aiello's. They looked open and we thought we'd give it a try.
Their menu was amazing. We understand they make their own pasta. They even have GF options for my wife. We could only select a few things (I added their featured Italian sausage too) but everything blew us away... service, selection

Sunday 1:30pm. Tells me and my party 10-15 min. Waiting over 25 minutes to be seated is just unacceptable when there are vacant tables. Tells me "sorry we're understaffed" like I care No conceptual idea of management and or hosting, this is who you let run your restaurant!? three women running around like chickens with their heads cut off, not managing anything, meanwhile they are just letting people sit wherever they want and then arguing that with me, I walked the F out. I hope the restaurant implodes and your competitor across the street gets your business. Have a nice day right

My family had previously stumbled across this restaurant during some travels and enjoyed it. So, we made a reservation traveled an hour to return for Mother's Day. The employees all seemed to be running around frantically with no clear purpose. Our service was horrible. Waited a very long time for our drinks, food order to be taken and the food was not good. The sauce was flavorless and salty! I ordered the chicken parmigiana and the chicken was so rough, it was more like a jerky. They didn't get the order correct. My boyfriend ordered seafood lasagna and there was one small piece of

Everything a top-notch Italian restaurant should be. Made a top ten in my personal all-time list (thirty years, five continents). Outstanding food, outstanding service, inexpensive. The portions are huge, so share or bring a wheelbarrow for the extra food. Expresso ranks with the best I've ever had. Do yourself a favour and stop by if you are in the area.

Funny how you drive by a place multiple times in work travel and finally have the chance to stop, and it's fantastic! Driving the territory I drive, I have been through Whitney Point many times, but never stopped, and Aiello's was looking good to me! From the outside, it's a classic restaurant in main thoroughfare setup, but the inside was warm and inviting, and wafting with smells of garlic and pasta and magic! Dining areas are abundant, from entrance to the rear of the building there are multiple seating options. We chose the bar area as it was the first option. Pouring over their

The pizza and calzones are great. One thing about this place that is amazing is their cream of mushroom soup. It's so rich and creamy. The ranch is homemade. So good we usually get a large tub of it on Friday nights when we have pizza night.
They have a full bar, great cocktails a wine list. I had the citrus Cosmo last time I was there and it was great.
Good prices for the amount of food you get. Balsamic with crumbly bleu on my salad is always

I understand that during a pandemic, restaurants may not be able to serve at their full potential, however, this place was horriblee. There were flies in the restaurant buzzing around us. And we were given a couples size table for 4 people. That's barely any room. The workers were nice but the food was horrible. None of us even got through half of the meal. How can they mess up Buffalo wings?? The chicken was under cooked and it was drenched in hot sauce. Don't get their chicken piccata and definitely not the calzone. You're better off going to Dunkin' Donuts. Waste of money

Stopped in for lunch with family yesterday for the first time. After seeing Aiello's many times driving by, we decided to make reservations and give it a go. As soon as we entered, our table was ready. Staff prepared well in advance for a lunch for four reservation. Very punctual. I got the Chicken Parmigiana with salad and garlic knot. It was by far the best Chicken Parm I have ever have. The portion size was more than anyone could eat in one sitting, with the chicken a perfect balance of crispy, yet juicy and tender. I upgraded for a few dollars to the homemade Bucatini noodles--this was

So much better than stopping at Arby's or McDonald's! Very old school Italian American ambiance.
Soup special was chicken orzo. Hot, fresh, perfect! Had the turkey Ruben special which was more like a panini. Hit the spot! My husband had the chicken parm sub. Bread tasted really light and fresh, almost like it was made from pizza dough
Cannoli are also fresh and made to order. Traditional or chocolate, not too sweet and with that quintessential crunch. If you are headed to the finger lakes from PA, don't stop for fast food, stop here!
