I highly advise against consulting with this firm if you are in need of any type of representation regarding family law as she is turning away cases and “cherry picking” cases based on her own preference and not based a potential client’s needs.
In addition, I am an associate of Jana H who also left a review and I can attest to the fact that she followed all instructions, and was told she now had representation when in reality, her calls were ignored and only returned by office staff. Meanwhile she was berated by her soon to be ex husbands lawyer and continually made attempts to speak directly

I called to retain Kelly McNeal a couple months after I did a paid consultation for a divorce. Her front desk person said she would call me back. After not hearing from her for a day I called and was told she had accepted my case and she was getting my paperwork together. After waiting for almost 3 weeks with two messages left that were never returned, I called and the same person told me she was not sure if she was going to take my case and wanted additional information.
