For over 60 years, our team of results-driven and skilled litigation and transactional practitioners have handled complex legal matters prudently and efficiently. Benjamin Bendit and Thomas Weinstock, our founding attorneys, established our Firm with the belief that every individual and business deserves skilled advocacy no matter how big and powerful the adversary.
Having abided by this principle since 1957, individuals and businesses throughout the area know that we are the Firm to trust for prudent and zealous advocacy for their legal issues. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have been able to build through our past results. In many instances, our clients are referred to us by a family member, friend, colleague, or an attorney we have worked with or litigated against in the past.

Compassion and generosity are two things that come naturally for us at Bendit Weinstock. While we may seem like a fairly large firm, each member of our team is driven by a common genuine desire to help people. However, we believe that helping people should not just be exclusive within the walls of our office, which is why we have always extended our help, not just to our clients, but to the whole community as well.
Our lawyers treat every client with the highest respect and handle cases personally instead of passing them off to a paralegal. Our experienced attorneys have been widely recognized for their excellence within their respective legal fields. Founded in 1957, we are proud to be one of the oldest and most experienced law firms in the state.
