Coping Skills 101: Attendees will learn a variety of coping skills to manage emotions in a healthy manner. Anxiety and Depression: Attendees will learn to recognize anxiety and depressive symptoms in themselves and in others; learn how to manage emotions; and develop an understanding of healthy anxiety and depression symptoms.

Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Panic attacks or simply difficulty juggling all that is on your plate? I will support you as you process while also building new coping skills to better manage stress and anxiety day to day.

I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
I believe building a trusting relationships is essential component of our counseling relationship. I will help you feel comfortable by providing a a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential setting. Together we develop goals for counseling and I will work with you to remain focused on these goals while also providing flexibility for you to process life stressors.

The answer is yes, and I can help you get there. I am equipped with skills to support you, as a caregiver, remain composed in difficult situations, and provide your child with a healthier social-emotional skillset to help them be successful in school and life.

Individual therapy differs from group or alternative therapy methods in the way that you are the sole focus of a single therapist who helps you develop and achieve your goals for therapy.
We all know kids who can't sit still, who never seem to listen, who blurt out inappropriate comments or don't follow instructions no matter how clearly you present them. While it's normal for kids to forget their homework, daydream during class or act without thinking, inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity are also signs of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD.
