Wow. Excellent quality of care. I highly recommend this office for getting a sleep apnea mouth guard. Those that have sleep apnea know how difficult it is to find real evaluations and treatment. I went in for a sleep apnea mouth guard. Due to the thorough evaluation by Dr. Defabrique, he determined it would not help me and recommended that I not purchase it. He advised on other non surgical treatment options that meant him not selling me anything. I trust this Dr. will not sell you unnecessary treatments. A different doctor's office was ready to sell me the mouth guard without doing such a thorough

Dr Nicolas Defabrique office is absolutely the greatest dentists office I have ever been to. The staff is kind and welcoming. The facilities are impeccable. Dr Defabrique is the gentlest dentist that will ever touch your mouth and is always asking and concerned whether you are in pain or if things are uncomfortable.
The work done is on the highest level. Dr. Defabrique accepts nothing less than the best. I have been attending this dentists for about 15 years and all the work that has ever been done is exceptional.

Dr. Defabrique is a miracle worker! I have a lot of anxiety with dentists because I have trigeminal neuralgia which can be excruciating. I was told that I'd have to loose a lot of teeth because of bone loss. Dr. Defabrique said he thought he could save them. First I worked with Karen to do a deep cleaning to save my gums. She was gentle, listened to my concerns and was a perfectionist. Karen gave me my first glimpse of hope. My journey started with one tooth that had a huge cavity near the gum. After my gums healed, Dr. Defabrique fixed two teeth, including the one that started the whole procedure

I have seen Dr deFabrique for my 2nd visit. The first visit was my initial cleaning and X-rays with state of the art equipment. Today was 2 cavities which he found on the X-rays on the first visit. They were both pretty deep. He was great. I barely felt the novocaine and both old silver fillings were pulled and new white ones went in. The whole process take 45 minutes and I had absolutely no side effects or pain post visit. I would recommend his friendly staff, brand new clean offices and great dental work to anyone!!

I don’t know where to begin... Dr. deFabrique and his staff are EXCEPTIONAL. He is so skilled and knowledgeable at his craft and is so kind and professional. He has put together a great team and every hygienist I’ve seen has done a phenomenal job. If you’re looking for a doctor a cut above the rest, see Dr. D! Oh and his practice is conveniently located right off of PGA blvd!!!

Took both of my children (aged 2 and 3) for their first dental visit. The entire staff was great and Dr. deFabrique really made both kids feel so special. They haven't stopped talking about the "teeth doctor" since their visit and want to brush their teeth all the time. Highly recommend for all ages!
