Mr. Poe was referred to me by a coworker. I had a local bankruptcy attorney who was extremely slow to respond, file motions and was way more expensive. Mr Poe took over my case and WOW, what a difference. Extremely professional and competent. He got my motions expedited so I could sell my house. My Chapter 13 was discharged yesterday. I would like to thank Mr. James Alan Poe and his legal team for their enormous help and success in keeping my home. On September of 2019 I had lost hope after trying with three different lawyers, to no avail. It started with trying to obtain a loan modification, and ended with a foreclosure. Fantastic! Mr. Poe has worked his fingers to the bone for me. I came to him with a lot of problems. I was unsure if I would be able to afford to hire an attorney and I explained this to him after telling him about my situation. He charged me a flat fee and has worked for a year for this fee. We've sorted through everything now and I feel good recommending him to others. I was recommended to him by a friend of mine and I will do the same.
He is located near Dadeland mall and I used the metro rail to get to and from his office. Very simple and I didn't get stuck in traffic.
