Services
A $20.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

The Property has a Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Basketball Basketball court, & a spacious Community Room as well.
There is reserved parking at the Leasing Office & sufficient Resident & Guest parking accommodation.
The Property Manager is warm, feeling & committed to maintaining the property appearance & the comfort of her Residents!

Went to check on apartment. They were rude and nasty. Asked how many people I said 1 maybe 2 later, they said if only 1 moved in couldn't have another later said okay. Then proceeded to ask bout money told them bringing home $700 now and would be going back to work. Didn't want to hear it His comment was insulting said to get wouldn't rent it and not to come back. So I'll take my money else where. Wasn't asking to be on any government assistance. Said No and pretty much leave before checking anything out or asking. Didn't even let anyone else speak but him

I am so grateful for all of the assistance Cari & the rest of the staff has provided me during the stressful process of moving. They really go above and beyond to make you feel like you’re at home. The staff genuinely cares. & I appreciate that so much. The Canterbury community as a whole is also delightful & a joy to be around.

After looking at apartments in the area Canterbury was the best fit for me. They offer lots of amenities and pet friendly while being affordable. Carie, the manager has been amazing to work with and always makes time for any questions or concerns I had. The staff is always friendly when I go to the office, so excited to be living here!!!
