Nice place to live. Good neighbors. Many things to do. Check it out.
UPDATE AS OF 2/03/2021 If my review led you here I am sorry. Things have taken a turn for the worst. Management no longer follows the rules set forth in their lease or their rule book. Not even sure if my copy of the rules are in compliance anymore. Under age tenants are now a reality, along with criminal problems which now seems to be more frequent. Here is hoping things will only improve in the future. Will follow with future updates if things improve. After nine heart attacks and two strokes my disability is a real issue for

My mother lives there, it is the worse place she has ever lived. You can hear everything, I mean everything the people above or below you do or say due to no sound barrier between the floors, so that means they can hear everything you do or say. The management is never there or if you can catch them good luck on them helping you with anything or knowing anything. If you are planning on sleeping... ever...do not live here!!! I've never seen so many dogs in an apartment complex. With dogs that means a lot of barking day and night. I gave it 1 star only because it is a pretty building if you like

I think it's exciting that this piece of history will be rehabilitated and once again be a productive part of the community. Not only will the Blue Bell Lofts be improving the tax base for the city, a clear economic positive, it will also be providing much needed affordable, senior living housing. It's always such a shame to see historic properties condemned and torn down. I applaud The Commonwealth Companies for taking on this project and turning lemons into lemonade :)
