Arriving around sunset, t he gloaming is that transitional and mystical time of day overflowing with possibility. In the hopes of tapping into this transformative moment, the mission of The Gloaming at Santa Fe is to cultivate a space that nurtures self-reflection, growth, and generosity in people's relationships with themselves, others, and the world.

Our vision for pursuing this mission includes offering counseling, life coaching, personal and relational development workshops, and consultation services. Each of our offerings promotes a safe and invigorating place for you to experience healing, deeper self-knowledge, greater self-acceptance, self-directed change, and authentic self-love.
Services
An idea whose time has come. Our early visions for The Gloaming were born over 20 years ago and grew quietly while we pursued careers in counseling and counselor education. Listening to synchronicity and observing what the world needs, we decided now is the time to create the space for healing and thriving in our world.
During the NM Governor's Stay at Home order, Elaine and Kitty will be holding all their counseling and coaching sessions using online or telephone technologies. Elaine will be using a HIPPA compliant video platform. The video platforms used by Elaine Casquarelli, LPCC for telehealth counseling services are HIPPA compliant.
Join us for a virtual IFS Journaling Circle to connect with your centered Self and help the wounded and overworked parts of you to heal. As we gather weekly, we will reconnect with our bodies, minds, and spirits through guided meditations, journaling and the sharing of our experiences and inner wisdom with one another.
Are you someone who wants to live from your highest or best Self? If so, Living From My Centered Self: An IFS Wisdom Journal can support you as you reach for personal and spiritual growth. Drawing from Internal Family Systems Therapy, the IFS Wisdom Journal invites you to develop a daily soul practice of exploring the various parts of yourself with compassionate attention.
The following are video resources that can help you work with the emotions that can arise as we spend more time at home and in social distancing activities. As we stay at home in an effort to keep ourselves and others physically healthy, some of us may experience intense and difficult emotions and then act on those emotions in ways we later regret.
