At Gray-Pilgrim and Associates, we offer all the accounting services that typical firms provide because we all need "good numbers" as the foundation for what we do. We do not sell a one-size-fits-all package. Instead, we tailor services to your practices' individual needs. Monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheet reports.

I just want to say hats off to the crew at Gray-Pilgrim especially my point contact Jerry. Prior to Covid they were available and addressed all of our needs and concerns, during Covid they really went above and beyond to listen to our concerns and help us through the challenges of the pandemic.

Tax error dating back years has yet to be resolved. I was told that it was an IRS error and not an error by Gray-Pilgrim and that they would handle it. Although Sue was attempting to resolve the issue, she left, without warning, at the end of 2020 and I was notified by a colleague rather than anyone at Gray-Pilgrim. I emailed and called to request copies of the communication they sent to the IRS and I have yet to receive them (after a month). Communication is poor and staff turnover is high.

We have done business with Gray Pilgrim for many, many years. With their professional guidance, we operated our very successful dental practice for over 30 years. Cannot speak for Darla but one of the associates. I first called to inquire about accounting services, was directed to an associate who asked me to email him my returns from the year prior and he would contact me to set up a call. Never heard back so I took my business elsewhere. Months later received a bill for $150!! Called their office and they said my returns were on file and it was a regular bill they send out at the end of the year to all clients, was sent to me in error and to ignore it. Unprofessional as he clearly saved my paperwork, never contacted me, yet wanted to bill me for doing
