I have been a patient here for 11 years. The staff is supportive, dedicated, committed to providing quality service. I am very pleased with my doctor and her nurses and support staff.I have nothing but the hoghest respect for Union Health Center. The best piece of advice is to leave the attitude at the door and listen to their advice.Your experience will be much better. Trust that emergencies happen with patients while in the doctor's office which may require more time with a patient. Be a patient patient. We're all doing the best we can at this time.

I’m not going to lie when I first decide to go with them I was super nervous.. not knowing and totally trusting someone you've never met with your money is scary but that was the best decision I’d made!! Doctor caroline Coicou is very lazy.
She never want to see you. She prefer phone calls.
And when she does sees you in person she doesn't do anything else than to tell you that you're stressing. I ask her myself to see the neurologist. She said it wasn't really necessary. I insisted. Did an MRI and happened to be that I have problem with my fifth cranial nerve.
I asked her for constipation pills. She gave me candida vaginal cream. This doctor is unprofessional.

The people in this health center are so rude especially the ones behind the phones. Rude, unprofessional and don’t care at all about people! Worse experience ever. They just treat you like trash. Trying to see my doctor because I’m so ill for about a week and some rude set of people picking up the phone talking shabishly and hanging up the phone on me. You all are pathetic!

The place is amazing, very clean and modern. The nurses, the doctors provide an excellent service , I recommend this clinic to those who want to have a pleasant experience. This place is completely unprofessional. They make you wait hours for an appointment that lasts only 15 minutes tops. The customer service agents who pick up the phone- specifically Chris- are rude, arrogant, and high handed. They schedule primary doctors appointments for three to four months out. They never want to communicate with the pharmacy when refills are needed. There is never a supervisor available to speak to. Apparently, they don’t “receive emails” in a world that is governed by technology. What a farce.

Unprofessional! Had an emergency Appointment set for today at 2:40 to be called at 1:55 while in my Uber there to be told they were gonna push and or reschedule for today at 4 Or next week because Doctor did not come in. Not a single pre call to inform me, or a day before would of been different. They couldn’t even bother to let me know first thing when clinic opened so I wouldn’t have wasted time, What an annoyance especially when they are aware of my health situation. Bad Spot do not let the beauty of the place fool you, nothing but Clowns here

The best hospital in New York! Clean and very organized(: The nurse who helped me was really friendly and sweet. I injured one of my finger and had to get the blood in my finger drained out. She really made me feel alot better during the process while she was explaining what she was doing during each step. My nail grew back completely after half a year like she said:) I love it here soo much!
