As always, our appointments were wonderful. Everyone in the office is so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating. My husband , myself and children have been going to Dr LaCouture for approximately 23 years. We look forward to going to the dentist because everyone makes our experience so positive!!

My experience with dentists in the past have not been great. Because of that I haven't been to a dentist in quite some time. I had my first visit at this office today and I can say that I will be a long time customer. The office staff are so kind and welcoming, the dental hygienist was very sweet and provided so much information as she was cleaning my teeth and both dentists came and introduced themselves to me. It was a very comfortable and friendly environment. I highly recommend them!

I have always had a healthy dislike for going to the dentist because my childhood DDS had hands the size of an NFL Lineman and the sensitivity of a prison guard. Dr. LaCouture has effectively overcome my deep rooted fears with some amazing care and outcomes over the years. Which included driving in to open the office at midnight to replace my front tooth which was knocked out in a basketball game an hour earlier. IMO you can not find better dental care, a better dentist, or a better atmosphere, if you need to go.

My experience at Burning Tree Family Dentistry went great! Walked in with dental appointment anxiety and between the staff and Dr. Cary was put at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. Dr. Cary is awesome! Talked to me about what he was going to work on at that appointment and before I knew it, 3 teeth were repaired. Dr. Cary is calm and gentle. Next appointment, a whole lot less "anxiety"!

Best dentist ever! And fantastic staff and office! Dr. Lacouture is very caring and really listens to his patients. He has the latest dental technology and uses it all so effectively. Everyone on his staff is exceptional - they are not only very skilled, but the perfect mix of friendly and professional. This office us everything you could ever want from a dental practice.

This is my favorite dentist office, and Dr. LaCouture is hand's down the best dentist I've ever had. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I've also been impressed with the skillset and professionalism of everyone else works there (meaning, the people that clean your teeth ... what do they call those people?) ... they're very good and keep up on the latest science and facts about teeth (it seems that way to me, anyway).

Dr. LaCouture was my husband's dentist when he was growing up, and we have continued to use Burning Tree for our family for several years now as well. The staff is wonderful - friendly, personal, professional and attentive. I have always trusted them to provide excellent care and they have not disappointed.
As to the other reviewer's complaint about insurance, I would recommend verifying the dentist you wish to see accepts your particular plan prior to going in for services. I knew Dr. LaCouture was "out of network" for my particular form of insurance but continued to book
