I use to think this was the best place to send your loved ones. First off when they came to pick up our uncle and place him in the back of the vehicle the straps broke on the upper part of body. The top part of his body fell on the back of vehicle. Family members helped hold his feet so that his lifeless body don't hit the ground. Second thing is they allowed a person that was just released from hospital that was tested positive with covid had not quarantined but 3 days came into building. Third thing was when given the obituary to be posted online it wasn't what was put on it. Very upsetting to
