I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker and obtained my Master's degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Prior, I attended Millikin University and earned my Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Human Services. I will help you navigate through anxiety, school refusal, depression, suicidal thoughts, difficulties managing stress, relationship/peer issues, family conflict, life transitions, and much more.

I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My approach emphasizes the importance of family therapy when working with adolescents. Let's face it. Change can be scary and it can take a lot of courage to make that change.

May you have the courage to break the patterns in your life that are no longer serving you. Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. However, people with anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Panic disorder is diagnosed in people who experience spontaneous seemingly out-of-the-blue panic attacks and are very preoccupied with the fear of a recurring attack.
We value making this experience as smooth as possible and request that you send a copy of the front and back of your insurance card prior to session to ensure that we can check your benefits and send an email of estimated cost and coverage. Though we check your insurance benefits prior to your first session, we encourage you to call to verify your benefits as well.
