Our Interdisciplinary Chronic Pain Management Program is designed to help person's who have chronic pain, complex medical and psychological conditions, and have not responded to normal work injury medical treatment. These patients may have pain that has persisted beyond the expected healing time and subsequently has become chronic.

Dr. Jae was very attentive and extremely knowledge. Staff members at HealthCare Rehab Group were also very friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not rate them a perfect 5 stars is because the phlebotomist had a pretty hard time drawing blood today, I'm sure this will improve. I will definitely recommend this location to friends.
