Tatum Highlands Medical Associates has been providing patient care in the Northeast Valley since 2001. Our providers dedicate themselves to offering exceptional medical care to our patients and establishing a long-lasting relationship with you and your family. As your primary care provider, we focus on treating the whole patient and not just the symptoms.
During your annual wellness exam we will focus on preventative medicine, patient education, and establishing the necessary goals designed to keep you healthy. As a part of your wellness exam we may address important lifestyle changes such as weight loss, smoking cessation, and vaccinations. We focus on the unique health needs of women at every age and stage of life.
Patients will need to present current insurance information and card at the time of service. It is the patient's responsibility to know and understand their coverage as the patient is financially responsible for any services not covered by your insurance plan. PLEASE NOTE Your insurance may be listed as one we accept, however, we may not be contracted with your Network.
As a new patient at Tatum Highlands Medical Associates we will schedule your first visit to establish care with our practice. We will gather a complete medical history and discuss any ongoing health concerns you want us to address in future visits. After we establish care, we will encourage you to schedule your annual physical or well woman exam where we can further evaluate your healthcare needs.

Absolutely no follow up after tests! After a telephone campaign of 2 weeks trying to get test results they finally told me I needed a specialist. I called them with my appointment information and asked them to send my test results and imaging to the specialists office with a request that they call me when this had been done. Day before my appointment I called Cassie at Tatum Medical to confirm the records had been sent over. Got a vm an hour later from Cassie saying they had sent them on Friday. Called the specialists office to confirm and they say no records have been received. I had to cancel

My family has been seeing Dr. Levins for about 20 years. We live in new Mesa and followed him to Tatum Highlands from his Scottsdale Health Care/ Honor Health in Scottsdale. In the beginning there were some adjustments but Dr. Levins is worth his weight in gold. If you have to wait a long time it is because he is taking time with his patients.

Dr. Paul Strauss is my health "go-to" - He has truly helped me get my two kids through the tough adolescent years. He can't do it with every patient, but he once spent 30 minutes getting one of my very upset kids settled down. He also inspired me to change jobs to help get my hypertension under control; best thing I've done for myself in a long time. Dr. Paul will actually close the door, put down his files, make eye contact, and "listen" to you instead of rushing to conclusions like other doctors -- He will pause for a bit and then ask very direct questions about your job, stress, diet, sleep
