Cactus Mailing has been great to work with and their mail pieces are excellent quality. We had other postcards made at a local printer that smeared in the delivery process and looked awful when they arrived. We did not have any issues with Cactus Mailing's pieces - they arrived looking fresh off the press. Everyone I've worked with at Cactus has been courteous, punctual and informative. The biggest scam I've ever seen, they never send out the full amount of postcards they send them late and they only send them to you. I called 2,000 of the companies they supposedly sent them to (including friends) and NO ONE not ONE received them.
Stay far away and make sure you tell your bank to block them.

I am not sure they even sent out the postcards I paid for. I have heard about another company that they did not always mail out the cards you paid for. I do hate to make a claim against someone, but unless you put several addresses inside of the mailing list they use, you will never know how many they sent out.
If you ever order postcards from a company, place multiple addresses inside of the mailing list you give them. That is the only way to know if they sent out the cards. They should have suggested this themselves. I don't know if it was them, or a service they farm out, but that was

I send out large mailings (20,000+) several times a month. For over 5 years I have relied on Cactus mailing for printing, mailing and providing targeted mailing lists. I've used this company for direct mail and some printing for 5 years. Customer service is not a strength but they have often done the job well. When things go wrong, don't expect much. A couple years ago I had them mail out 5,000 cards. Many of the rejected cards (by USPS for vacancy, etc.) were poorly printed and badly smudged. They refused to do anything to compensate for the poor quality. I gave them another chance. Recently I paid them to design a postcard. My mailing should be going out this week barring any further issues. However, they have tried to charge over $100 more than what I was initially quoted - 2 fees of $19 each because the artwork I sent over did not meet their specific requirements, a $25 fee to fix my artwork to meet their specs, another $19 fee for adding additional names to their mailing list after their system found some invalid names, a $9 fee (optional, but they invoice it) for USPS tracking, and a 3.5% fee (optional, but they invoice it) for
