Really enjoyed my time renting here. This is a great location in Arlington. Close to downtown Arlington and also Cambridge/Watertown/Belmont. Staff has been helpful when I have needed repairs or help. My apartment had ample room and good light! If you are looking for a low-key
(not very noisy) apartment complex with a helpful staff, this place is for you! (also very close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS and other essentials which has been so convenient!)

BEWARE: make sure you do NOT auto-pay on your last month. Even though I gave 2 months notice, they double charged me last month. They kept my deposit for almost 2 months after I moved out. If I hadn't followed up repeatedly calling both manager and accountants the check was nowhere to be found. Added stress for NO reason. ALSO raised rent by a fair margin every year, with no improvement on the building. NOT worth the money.
