The worst car experience we've had in over 30 years. We sent our car to Sam after being highly recommended, and a thorough conversation on what we needed done. We were given a 2 week window for repairs and assured this was the "exact type of project he loved working on". It has been OVER 6 MONTHS and we still do not have our car back. We've given thousands of dollars up front at his request (our mistake) to expedite any burden of cost, and each conversation it's promised "by the end of the week", and then radio silence.
