Excellent. Needed to get my car diagnosed and fixed.
Car stopped working over the weekend so I had it towed there and dropped off after hours.
Called 1st thing Monday morning. Answered quickly. Easy to speak with.
They diagnosed a failed starter motor.
They were done with my car before my requested time and for the same or better price than others I had called.
Greatly appreciated the professionalism and timeliness.
Will be going back if car repairs are needed.
Will recommend to friends and family.

I made an appointment early in the week and they had pulled my vehicle into the shop immediately upon my arrival. The staff seemed sharp and kind. Great service!

Found myself losing a serpentine belt on the freeway and took the first exit. Fortunately I found myself at this automotive repair shop. I had no idea what kind of quality and/or service I would get but didn’t have much of a choice. It was Sunday and the shop was not open until Tuesday due to the 4th of July holiday. Booked an appointment online and got a response from Sean letting me know that they were closed on Monday. Called first thing Tuesday and let him know my issue. Went in about a month ago right before a big move to another state to get the serpentine belt replaced. It stopped screaming for all of 30 minutes before it got infinitely worse. I was told it was just because it was hot outside. Drove my car for a 12 hour move, and since it's only gotten worse. I had to take it in again somewhere local to my new area because the serpentine belt is still slipping and was told they didn't even use the right belt. So now only one month later have to get the whole thing done again. I trusted the higher reviews when I went in but now I see that was a mistake. If you

A shame that they keep changing the story about how much and how long it’s going to take. Won’t ever trust them to take my car there. Still waiting to see how they are going to handle the dirt and mud in the car from when they left the window rolled down. I wouldn’t trust these guys to fix a lawn mower. They do not stand behind their work and will avoid taking responsibility at all costs. We will be going the legal route because of their substandard workmanship.
