We are Medicare approved and Joint Commission certified home healthcare agency, providing quality, effective care to meet the needs of patients with chronic conditions or physical limitations.
Agency clearly explains how my services are paid for and the Nurse and Therapist always made sure to get things the way I like. Always informed me of my care and services, discussed my pain, my wounds the relief measure and makes sure my pain relief is met at each visit. Would recommend your agency for the care you guys gave me.
Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) make up our staff of visiting nurses. A Registered Nurse is a healthcare professional responsible for implementing the practice of nursing through the use of the nursing process in conjunction with other health care professionals. RN's work as patient advocates for the care and recovery of the sick and maintenance of their health.
We at Healing Hands Home Care are dedicated to providing a more comprehensive, standardized wound healing protocol that allows for nurse consistency in wound management. Our staff uses a multi-disciplinary approach, our team of nurses and therapists work under the guidance of the patient's primary physician and together treat the wound.
Medical Social Workers evaluate the social and emotional factors affecting ill or disabled individuals and provide counseling. They may assist patients and their family members to identify available community resources. Social Workers also serve as case managers when a patient's conditions are so complex that professionals need to assess medical and supportive needs and coordinate a variety of services.

I know three stars isn’t great, but there were so many excellent pluses and negative cons that it was a difficult decision to rate Healing Hands Home Care. The nurse and the physical therapist were not just outstanding, they were super-fantastically outstanding. Dealing with the office staff was less than mediocre. If you understand the health care system and only need the hands-on team, you will be happy. If you’re looking for guidance, FORGET IT!

IT'S OUR FIRST TIME TO HOME CARE . MY MOM WAS REFERRED FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY BY HER DOCTOR WHO OPERATE ON HER RIGHT HIP. WE ARE HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS WHETHER TO GO FOR OUTPATIENT REHAB OR HOME HEALTH, BUT WE WERE ADVISED BY OUR DOCTOR TO GO FOR HOME VISIT FIRST FOR A FEW WEEKS TO IMPROVE HER WALKING AND FOR HER TO BE STRONGER, THEN GO OPD THERAPY IF SHE IS MORE INDEPENDENT. WE'RE GLAD WE FOLLOWED HER DOCTOR. THEY SAW MY MOM ALMOST EVERYDAY ON THE 1ST WEEK, AND I THINK 3 X A WEEK ON THE FOLLOWING WEEKS, I SAW SHE IMPROVED A LOT FROM THE FIRST TIME SHE WAS SEEN. THE THERAPIST IS ALSO NICE AND PATIENT

Too many times patients suffer from lifelong chronic diseases that decreases their quality of life and impairs their function. Sometimes simple tasks that we take for granted such as standing up or eating become too hard. I've had patients who can barely move and have become bedbound due to chronic pain and they feel completely hopeless. I've had patients who have dementia and their families feel hopeless in helping their loved one and they feel tired and burnt out from providing care. My job as a nurse is to provide all avenues of help to enable patients and their families to regain their independence
