Try Townhouse in Ennis before Spyglass! Do not recommend, moved in four days ago and already getting noise complaints from the unit down stairs. I’ve lived at Townhouse and not once did I ever have a problem. The noise complaints are because of use moving in and day to day living. They complained twice in these four days and the manager barely informed us if we get one more it will be a lease violation. As we’re signing the lease they barely want to inform us about the 10 o’clock quite hour. If I knew this before I would’ve just went to Townhouse. I’m paying my bills just like everyone

My husband and I moved in about a month ago, and our move-in experience and everyday since have been not great. Our move-in time was pushed back twice, the day before move-in and the morning of move-in, because of the cleaners not coming on time. This caused us to lose our movers and hire new ones last minute that cost way more. When I arrived to pick up the keys, the cleaners were still in the apartment, and the leasing office staff told me there were maintenance problems with the apartment. One of the sinks was clogged and the closet door wouldn't shut all the way, not a big deal to us since

No pool again this summer. Paying $1,300 a month you expect the amenities to be in working order. Last summer the pool was closed more than its open. My lease is up in September and because of the pool issues looks like I'm moving. We planned to live here a long time...too old to keep moving but this is a waste of money. More affordable places with working pools. I'm sure the constant staff turnover doesn't help.

I enjoyed living at Spyglass. It was a nice apartment complex to live in and the assistant manager, Amber English, was AMAZING during my move in experience. She was consistently nice and very, very helpful. I had some issues with ants in my apartment, but Amber was so attentive and helpful throughout the issue. Not to mention, the maintenance crew was great as well, they welcomed us and gladly helped out with several items that need to be repaired upon move in.

Great staff and very responsive to maintenance requests for door knobs falling off, sugar ant infestations, water leaks you name it. After a full year lease the only issues I really had here were the insane amount of bugs inside after getting it treated as often as possible and the constant gate malfunctioning. See photo for just one instance of the ant problem on the first day of my lease...

The apartments are nice, when we first viewed it. We were amazed by the size of the B3s. Very roomy, and the layout was perfect for us and our two small kids, we didn’t have any problems the first two months living here, but boy were we in for a surprise, our experience living here has been good and bad. Unfortunately we’re 4 months away from our lease being done and we can’t wait due to the fact that the walls are thin and living under people has been horrible, you can hear all their stomping, and everything they do. And there is no parking, you would think they would have enough parking
