My family and I have lived here for almost a year now and so far nothing but a great experience. Workers are very rude and unhelpful. I was called names for wanting a 2 bedroom unit instead of 1 a bedroom unit. They even asked if I wanted to fight and had told me to pull up to her house so that she can beat me up. I respectfully declined but she kept on insisting to fight. She searched me up on Facebook and had told me to eat a salad. I would've given this place a 1-star review if I was able to.

I wanted to potentially lease a unit in the next 2 weeks. I waited outside patiently in 95 degree temperatures because there was a sign saying they would return shortly. About 10 minutes later someone walks out and I had to ask was there anyone inside. She had me continue to wait outside while she got the manager. The manager came out as me and my 7 year old thought we would be asked in because we were both wearing masks, but she stuck her hand out to stop us from entering. I told her what I was looking for and asked was there anything to see and she said she only had a 1 bedroom unit to show.

I would not move here!! The staff is rude, and isn't willing to work with you on anything. We had a major pest problem and they wanted to blame us and not fix the situation. When walking around I seen so many apartments having pest control cards which goes to show we were not the problem. They overcharge to live in FILTH!! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Red Oak Town Village is not only the best rental housing available in Red Oak, it is the best apartment complex I have lived in. I lived here for six and half years in a one bedroom unit and a two bedroom unit. The tall ceilings, crown moldings, garden tubs, and accent walls make the units feel like home. The community between tenants is genuine and I have made lasting friendships with other long-term residents while living here. The grounds are excellent and maintained on a regular basis. Plenty of residents have pets and while most are good about scooping and leashes, the grounds could be improved

We have lived here for several years and the community is quiet, neighbors are friendly and the staff is very professional and helpful. We have looked at other apartments closer to work but for the price and the quality of living this place beats anything we've seen. Our work orders have been completed in a timely manner, and anytime maintanience enters our apartment we are notified several weeks in advance. This place has been home to us for 6 years, and we have been very pleased. If you take the time to get to know the staff you'll see that are very kind, helpful, and caring.

It's a pretty nice apartment community, a little bit cheaper than other competitive apartments in the area. They do keep up on the place and I do like that it is a gated community. The pool is nice but it is small only 4 feet deep and there's no hanging out in the clubhouse. When I moved in I took pictures and document at the damages in the apartment, but I have not seen any effort from maintenance to come and get these things fixed. I haven’t walked through the apartment with one of the leasing staff.
