Brought my Ford Explorer in for a starter. They replaced the starter and car started fine but in less than a mile the car lost it's braking ability and had a loud whistle they almost KILLED me! Then they start going on how we must have done something and that the winters are hard on brake lines. We have NOT had a winter yet this year! and the brakes were working fine until after the repair. Well, my husband went out and discovered that they had knocked a vacuum hose off! They could have KILLED ME!
