Anthony John Hibbeln, P.E., brings to the practice 20 plus years of design engineering and project management experience Anthony worked for a large consulting engineering firm in Pennsylvania.
Site/Civil design expertise is a key technical discipline at Hibbeln Engineering Company, L.L.C. We assist clients with the initial step in any site development project by compiling and reviewing data. Only then can we prepare a design that is both sensitive to the environment and fulfills the goals of our clients.
Hibbeln Engineering Company, L.L.C. coordinates with a variety of independant survey companies and firms in the greater Philadelphia area to provide a seamless transition from existing site conditions into the design phase, and then from an approved design to construction in the real world. State-of-the-art electronic field equipment and sophisticated computer software are utilized to ensure speed and accuracy.
Professional services to evaluate site conditions and determine how the land can be used to protect the environment and achieve suitable use and value. The resulting product identifies the type and intensity of use, suitable locations, resource protection area, and legal parameters for use.
