The team at autoscope are amazing. After being recommended to change my engine mounts by the dealership, I decided to bring the car to autoscope for a second opinion. They were very friendly, informative and professional. They saved me time and money as they inspected my Audi and told me there was nothing wrong with the engine mounts. Autoscope is extremely honest and if you have an Audi please take it to them as they won't disappoint you or make you pay for unnecessary repairs. From now on I'm definitely going back to autoscope if anything come up.

This place has the best repairs and customer service! They are very up front and honest about what you need and what you get. They also showed me the issue in the car so I could see first hand what services the car needed.
They are a family owned business and the brothers were so helpful-- they did everything to keep me updated, informed, and ultimately very satisfied. I even received a discount because he said that the diagnostic part was easier than they had planned so he wanted to charge me less. All in all, I highly recommend this business!

Incredibly literate and experienced mechanics. An extremely warm and welcoming business that told me exactly what was going on with my car. Charged me precisely half of what the dealership would have charged me. Their level of expertise is to be admired. My car is extremely responsive and drives like a dream. I am delighted that my Subaru warranty has expired. While the dealership did fine (but if out of warranty expensive) work, I can now return to Autoscope where all my other vehicles are, and have been fixed and tuned and pampered for the past twelve years.

They were kind, let me sit in their office and wait for my car, got my oil and smog done in an hour when I didn't have an appointment, and they tried to give me the best price with the best oil. They didn't hassle me with "issues to be fixed" on my car at all but just did what needed to be done which is something I love (being a girl)! They were talkative and they were family friendly. Really appreciated their ability to fit me in last minute!

Very clean shop, very professional and friendly staff more than willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. Rick helped me in particular and he explained the issues with my car and although they did not have the parts that were needed in stock to repair my car, he drove to pick up one and the other part was ready the next day and I got my car serviced very quickly. Each part took about an hour, and it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be so I was pleased with the amount that I spent.

Very pleased with my service. Saved a lot of money getting my timing belt water pump kit replaced on my Subaru at Autoscope instead of a larger dealership. Called in for a quote, ended up getting an appointment and service completed on the same day. Really grateful. Keep up the great and honest work. Thank you guys.

Nice people, good service. We have a 2002 BMW Z-3, and we baby it along, rarely driving more than a few miles per year. Auto scope takes care of routine service needs perfectly! (Never needed major work done...). They are friendly and helpful . Highly recommended! (PS: the lot is crowded, so have patience when you arrive and leave...! It's worth a short wait for them to move cars around...)

FINALLY! A shop that I like and trust. Just been there twice so far, but I'm really happy with their speed and communication. My only complaint so far is the 4% credit card fee. 4% is crazy high - should just be built in to the cost of doing business, but if you are going to charge, it should be between 2 and 3% at the most to align with what you actually get charged. But, really - other than that, I find them to be honest and VERY knowledgeable about my particular car, and other shops have been much slower. Thanks for the great work!

The owner really nickle and dimed me. Charged me $65 more than originally quoted because I didnt pay cash, got 3 different price quotes from $695-915, also charged me a $75 diagnostic fee on top of the repairs (99% of shops waive the diagnostic fee if you have the work done there) . Also charged me $25 for "bmw coolant", no one tightened my coolant cap and all my coolant leaked out overnight into my driveway. Now I have to pay $150 to have the coolant stain on my driveway professionally cleaned + another $22 for coolant..not a great experience for an Indy shop. Wont be returning.

I recently bought a 2015 VW Golf TDI so i thought it would be a good idea to bring it to the city's "German Car Specialists" to have it checked out and get the oil changed.
They did the oil change as requested and also recommended a serpentine belt change. Called my old mechanic and got the same exact part swapped for $80 less than Autoscope quoted me.
They also charged an extra 4% fee because we paid for the oil change with a debit card. Who pays for car service with cash?
Then to make matters worse, a day after the oil change I got an error light on my dash to Reduce Oil Level

Awesome shop!!! Father Joe and son Nick are the best in the business. My wife Joan used Joe to find the exact year, model, features Avalon she wanted. Joe attended a car auction in San Diego and found a perfect match. Joan's "new/used" Avalon was an excellent price and Joe found the exact features she specified!!! Autoscope (Joe) almost immediately found a good buyer for her "older" Avalon and got a good price for it. Nick labored over my 2004 Mercedes C-240 with a bunch of damage, and, IMHO, worked a miracle. My old Mercedes is back to drivable, reliable and even looks
