Services
Clear Choice and other companies are all about money. They pick you up in a limousine, have a Hollywood model presenting cases, and a fancy Michigan Ave office. This is just a business. People need time to heal. They give 4 implants on the bottom and top, not 6 on the top and the bottom like you did.
If you're receiving sedation or anesthesia, you will have to arrange for transportation to and from surgery. You may not have anything to eat or drink (including water) for eight hours prior to your appointment. You should not drive a vehicle or operate any machinery for 24 hours following your anesthesia.
Some oozing of blood for about 24-48 hours after surgery is normal and should be expected. Do not be alarmed if your saliva has a pink color to it. Replace the gauze over the site as directed by your doctor. Use an ice pack as directed by your doctor. Any swelling usually resolves in a few days, but bruising may take a few extra days to resolve.

I don't usually do reviews but this one was worth a second review. The front desk and financil staff are not very competent. I was charged for the amount that insurance would have paid ( that is the first issue) and I asked them several times to call me to get the $500 refund. Instead they mailed it or so they say. The doctor was great but, the full experience involves a competent support staff. They have made this whole experience very stressful. They should be paying me interest.

Dr. Gene W. was awesome I had a root canal done I did not have any pain, swelling or bleeding. He and his assistant was very nice and professional however the billing staff was not so much. I would definitely recommend him for your root canals however, I highly encourage you to check your EOB's from you insurance provider to make sure you are not over charged.
