Fowler Funeral Home (formaly Wylie Funeral Home) was founded in 1897 by the late T. J. Brickell at 120 South Main in Brinkley, Arkansas. The firm was sold to Milwee-Dunlap Furniture and Undertaking Company in 1930. The funeral home operated under this name until 1936 when J. B. Dunlop bought out his partner and operated the facility as Dunlop Funeral Home.
In 1937, the funeral home was purchased by Davis Wylie, the name was changed to Wylie Funeral Home, who continue to operate the funeral home at 120 South Main until 1957 when it was moved to 209 South Main Street. Coday Fowler purchased the firm from Davis Wylie in 1966. The name was changed to Wylie-Fowler Funerar Home, and a new funeral home was constructed at 210 South Main Street and is still used to this day.

Services
Traditionally, a burial service involves a visitation, followed by a funeral service in a church, or other place of worship. The casket is typically present at both these events, and it is your decision on whether to have the casket open or not. You have the option of having the remains interred (earth burial), or it may be entombed in a crypt inside a mausoleum (above ground burial).
