General dentistry involves the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of a wide range of dental conditions, as well as the maintenance of overall oral health for patients of all ages. Dentures are prosthetic devices designed to help patients with missing teeth, chew food, improve speaking habits, and improve the patient's facial aesthetics.

Teeth whitening or bleaching products brighten teeth that have been stained or darkened by food, tobacco use, age or injury. Teeth whitening can be done at home or in the office. Wrens Dental Center of Wrens, Ga., has served the CSRA Savannah River area for over 30 years. We are licensed and insured for your protection.
Services
Cosmetic dentistry encompasses not only the health of the teeth, but also their aesthetic value. Various products and procedures exist within cosmetic dentistry with the goal of improving both the well-being and visual beauty of the teeth, giving the individual a higher level of self-confidence.

Tooth bleaching, also known as tooth whitening, has become so advanced and widespread that certain dental companies have marketed their own form of at-home tooth whitening products. While there is some merit to these home bleaching kits, there is nothing that compares to having a professional, nationally board-certified dentist perform this procedure on your teeth.
Dentures are prosthetic devices designed to help patients with missing teeth, chew food, improve speaking habits, and improve the patient's facial aesthetics. The absence of teeth can lead to a sunken, collapsed appearance to the mouth-area. By restoring the physical presence of teeth, this malformation is corrected, the patient's mouth is supported and the appearance is improved by aesthetic standards.
Teeth whitening or bleaching products brighten teeth that have been stained or darkened by food, tobacco use, age or injury. There are a variety of in-office and take-home teeth whitening products to reduce or eliminate such stains. In-office teeth whitening, also called chairside bleaching, takes place during a series of appointments at a dentist's office.
Dental tooth fillings are a restorative treatment, used to improve the appearance and functionality of teeth affected by damage or decay. The filling materials, which can be made from several different substances, help to even out tooth surfaces for more efficient biting and chewing. Dental fillings can last for many years and help keep the tooth looking and functioning at its best.
Dental implants are an option to replace missing teeth and provide a fixed solution to removable dentures. Dental implants are natural-looking replacement teeth that are fixed in the jaw. Implant treatment provides an option to correct the most troublesome cases associated with missing teeth and ill-fitting dentures.

I’ve been using this dentist office for quite some time. I’ve never had any issues with their hygienists and cleanings, so no complaints there. I am one of those people that is afraid of the dentist. And my teeth are in subpar condition because of my own lack of maintaining them and not going to the dentist like I should. I work full time, I have small kids, and I just all around don’t take care of myself like I should. But when I go to the dentist and spend my hard earned money, I do expect at the very least to be treated like a human being and an adult. The real cherry on top was the staff

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! They are so unprofessional. My sister went to have her tooth pulled, and after her telling them that her mouth wasn’t numb enough , and showing them that she was uncomfortable by kicking and crying, the dentist himself starts yelling at her asking “WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!”. There was also one point where the dentist walked out of the room aggravated. When she proceeded to tell one of the assistants, they decided to take his side telling her that he did nothing wrong. They seemed very aggravated at the fact that their patient was uncomfortable. Well it’s not her fault

I went to Wrens Dental Center today to have a tooth filled. I hate the sound of the drill, but as Dr. Real was completing the procedure, he was talking to me and before I knew it, he said "All done." I just love, love, this place. I have been a patient here for years because of the friendly atmosphere, quality of work, and the respect shown. I'm a person who likes to know what's going with each and every aspect of my dental procedures and the hygienist (Hey Amanda) and Dr. Real always take the time to answer my questions and offer the best route to take in regards to dental work needed. The reception

It took a week to get an appointment for an extraction. Due to covid we waited 2 hours in our car for a 1:30 appt. another hour for the extraction. 3 hours in a hot parking lot.
I felt so unimportant. They could have @ least offered water or called updates on why it took so long.

That red head at the front desk is so racist. She was nice to me but disrespectful to those who didn't look like her. She was rolling her eyes and whispering to that short black haired woman when they turned their backs. The hygienist are lazy they spend 5 minutes cleaning your teeth and the rest of the time on their phones and talking to each other about other patients. Don't get me started on the dentist, he is the worst of them all. He walks in spends less than a minute looking at your teeth tell the HYGIENIST something, NOT ME, and walks out. Then she tells me what he said. I will never go
