This place has been hit or miss for me in the past. Once even had a girl literally texting while giving me a massage. Another time someone took a phone call while giving me a massage ... like come on. From the street this place looks like the last place you'd want to stop.
All that aside, its clean and I found someone amazing, I wont see anyone else and ask for him only by name. See Peter, he's phenomenal and worth every penny.

I used to go here about once a month to see Davy (I think that was his name) in - I think - 2018. He was awesome! I moved out of state for a short while and came back a few months ago. I made an appointment and what a mistake that was! Firstly, the dude spent way too much time on my butt - I was just getting ready to tell him to please move on - and he probably felt the vibe and moved on. It was one of the worst massages I've ever had! I had to tell him three times not to touch the base of my spine because I have a herniated disc that, if you touch it - it feels like a very bad bruise. I know

Didn't speak well or understand English. Couldn't communicate what we wanted. Didn't listen or understand our request. Dark. Felt more stressed afterwards. I felt it was a waste of money. The man who massaged me hands were rough like sand paper, and smelled like an ashtray. Gross! I couldn't relax cause of the stink, I have allergies and asthma and I felt sick. My nose now running in my mask,, disgusting. It was sloppy all the way around, not a professional massage as expected. Then they waited at the door, expecting a tip. I tipped but nowhere near my norm.. The massage alone

If I could give this place at least a zero, I would. My boyfriend went here for a massage which should've been a relaxing and pleasant experience. Instead he got a terribly rude, unprofessional, entitled masseuse who gave him a less than adequate massage and who also DEMANDED a higher tip when he tried to give her a 20% tip, which is more than she deserved in the first place. She even had the audacity to try to box him in and not let him leave until her demands were met! My boyfriend left here stressed, disappointed, and upset.

That was a strange massage. She did not introduce herself to me at the beginning and did not speak much English. She was 15 minutes late to start. She's a nice Chinese lady that walked on my back and legs. Then used good loction for the massage very good pressure and didn't talk much. She did the hour and got me a cup of water. I only had $2 for the $50 massage and she was mad about the low tip. It's a good idea to Tip at least $10, because she's not paid much. She never told me her name and I didn't tell her mine. I will not go back, EVER...

Peter is my favorite! Omg he's an amazing masseuse and always does an amazing job.
I believe Peter used to work at another place I went to long ago, and when I found him again, I was so happy! He really knows how to massage out sports tension from working out. Highly recommend him & this place in general.

Just got done with a 90 minute session. Got a text saying that I was offered a $45 massage 45 minute foot and 45 minute body. Don't get me wrong the body part was amazing!! When he climbes on top and puts his knees in my glutes WOW. As far as 45 minutes on my foot? Don't think that happened? Overall I recommend this place 2nd time here. The massage table could be a little more comfortable. My chin was hitting the wood.

I was looking for a quick massage at the spare of the moment, so I was pleased to find Fletcher Massage was open during these COVID times! When I called I was told that same day appointments were available so I scheduled to arrive within half-an-hour.
When I arrived, I was surprised that no one wore a mask! A box of hand sanitizer and other cleaning items were sitting at the entrance, but I was not asked to clean my hands and I was already wearing my mask. OMG how Nasty Dirty this place is!! First of all they want you to tip them before they have done anything. Then after my terrible massage the girl asked me if I wanted a better massage I could come to her apartment down the street. Are you kidding me. All this because my lower back hurt. Her breath smelled like Old Garlic Fish!! So Disgusting never will I ever go back. Stay away this place is how you get sick! Unbelievable. How this place passes any health board test is beyond me. I wasn't there for a happy ending as the girl that massage me indicated would happen if I went with her to her

First of all let me start out with saying this was my first time ever going to Fletcher massage. I have been to similar massage places, but never to this place so I wanted to try it out. I would describe this massage place as a nicer type of hole in the wall massage place where you can go to get a cheap massage. I got an hour massage for 30$. They ask you to pay before you get your massage. If you are paying with a card you tip then. Not knowing how this massage was going to turn out I tipped 20 percent. After my massage was over I told the lady who gave me my massage that I tipped her on my card

I was looking forward to this massage for a long time, I've been putting off getting one because my schedule didn't line up. Well, today was the day--some clients I had recently done some work for spoke highly of this place. They mentioned they even take walk-ins. So, naturally, I was excited. I arrived to a warm welcome and an open room, however, just as I was going to get undressed for my massage, the host tells me I have to leave, that they're "too busy." Feeling confused, I left immediately. There was only 1 car in the parking lot...how are they busy? I hope

I just had the best massage of my life by Kevin!!!
He is truly professional! Not like rest of massage places. You would be amassed! He is trained and it shows. He is very delicate. Uses appropriate draping technic. You will feel like you just have been reborn! I just hope to be able to get him again. Highly recommend.

It is not fancy, it does not smell like flowers, they do not give you fancy towels... They are friendly, they have always taken us (with reservations) on time, it is an inexpensive treat, it is clean, they have nice music, comfortable tables, very experienced and professional people, massaged personalized (strong or light touch)
bring cash, pay before the service and
tip them well -they deserve it!

My Bae and I come here for the couples massage, it's $80 for an hour for two people. And it's always over an hour, I'm guessing that people who say theirs were 45 minutes or whatever came here with unrealistic expectations and were exaggerating. This is a little neighborhood Chinese massage shop, not a hotel spa experience, you really need to keep that in mind and adjust your expectations downwards accordingly. It's true that some of the staff don't speak English, I'm not aware that that is a crime, there are staff here that do and they can step in and assist. My Bae
