Life is full of opportunities to show someone we love them. One such opportunity is the funeral or memorial service. Such a loving event celebrates the choices they made, the relationship you shared, and honors the memory of your loved one. It's important to take the time to acknowledge the uniqueness of the deceased: the individuality of their personality, and the uniqueness of their life's path.
Not just for them, but for you; it affirms the relationship, and leads to healing after loss. Honoring their life is truly an act of love - for the both of you. Taking the time to design your service is a loving act, and not a difficult one. We invite you to explore the seemingly infinite number of ways to celebrate and honor a life.

Services
We'll be pleased to welcome your visit to our warm and comfortable offices. Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home was designed to be unlike any funeral home you've ever seen; it's truly a one-of-a-kind place. We invite you to come in and see for yourself how we're revolutionizing the way you think about funeral service.
And we promise to always respond with honesty and clarity. We've made it simple for you too -you can email us, connect with a member of our staff by phone, or simply stop in to our office. We ask just one thing: if you have immediate need of us, please call (920) 235-1170. We'll be pleased to welcome your visit to our warm and comfortable offices.
Honoring the achievements of your loved ones and celebrating the life you shared together are the cornerstones of healing after loss. Honoring the life of your loved one means you value the relationship you shared. We look forward to helping you decide how to celebrate that bond, and honor the unique individual you've lost.
There are two facets of the design process. First, we ask you to consider how you wish to honor and celebrate the life. When those important decisions are made, we'll turn to the issue of how you wish to care for the physical remains. It's about bringing those you love together, at a time of loss. It's a natural thing to do, and over time, has become a socially-expected practice.
All too often, families discount the value of ceremony after the death of a loved one, and we certainly don't want you to make that mistake. Coming together after a loss is a very essential part of the grieving process. In the depth of early grief, you might think that it would be 'easier' to just take care of things as simply - and as quickly -as possible.

Thank you to John Huellar from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent care and compassion you provided our family with the loss of our grandmother. John assisted and guided us every step of the way, and made what would have been an overwhelming process, completely effortless. Not one detail was missed and it was seamless. We would highly recommend John from Fiss & Bill's.

Recently held a memorial service for my loved one here and everything was top notch. From start to finish John was more than willing to go out of his way and help me figure out things I would have had no idea of where to begin at. E.g. what has to be done if someone dies in a different city. Throughout the entire process he kept me informed and allowed myself and Angie’s loved ones to decorate and set up as they felt Angie would love it. The memorial went off without a hitch and everyone loved it. Special Thanks John.

I cannot express in words how grateful I am for Tom. He was wonderful in working with grandparents, my wife, and I when our almost 4 month old daughter passed from a rare genetic disorder this month. He made every aspect of her Celebration of Life as bearable as possible. He went above and beyond, and I cannot say in words how much this means to my family and I. I would rate him 700 out of 5 if I could. I consider him part of our family.

My grandmother's funeral was here and the staff did not great us let alone even introduced themselves. When it was time to pay they gave us a hard time and wasn't professional at all. They sat in their offices the whole time and didn't check on us at all. When we requested for some of her ashes they said to call and let them know how much to give out. Like who does that?! This is the most unprofessional funeral home that I have been to and I would not recommend anyone to have their family funeral here.

Just had a funeral for my mother Dorothy this past week . I give my special thanks to Tom and Alex for making sure my mother special request where carried out. I can't thank you enough for going out of there way to make sure her funeral day was special. Everything I ask to make sure happened, and they where very professional and great to deal with.
Also would like to thank James, who was one of the directors that came and picked up my mother from her home. Very outgoing and Professional.
Highly recommend this place.
Thanks again for making my Mothers Funeral so so beautiful.
