Asian Gourmet

First I will start with the food was excellent and between ordering online to picking up excellent. My problem is with the gentleman cashing out the order! He gave himself a $1.20 tip on top of the original price! I immediately saw the difference after he swiped my card because he stated $34.29 total which I was already aware of before arriving and handed me the receipt to sign showing $35.69! Granted I don’t have a problem tipping but I ordered online and drove to pick it up! I will be reluctant to return because of this activity!!!

This is our new Christmas tradition. We order Chinese from this restaurant and just time with each other.

Had takeout for lunch
Beef broccoli, white rice, hot & sour soup
Added an egg roll

Like everything, well prepared and hot
Only complaint is nothing to dip egg roll in so dry and lacked flavor

Mongolian beef had very little flavor and was extremely hot, hunan chicken the same. Very little steamed rice served and when I requested more they added another 4.00 to a 14.00 meal. Not a good experience.

Got food poisoning twice. The staff are weird/rude and the food even besides getting sick, is awful!

Delicious food always hot and cooked with care, usually call in and the gentlemen is always very nice and quick with placing your order never had a bad experience with them would definitely recommend eating here.

I love the food portions! I also love that I can call my order in and it is always ready by the time I get there, fresh! I get all my Asian food fixes from here! The Lo Mein and dumplings are my go to! The staff is always helpful and they always have hand sanitizer.

The absolute worst bourbon chicken I ever had. The chicken was HEAVILY cover in pepper, like fajita seasoning then covered in a watery bourbon sauce and cooked with giant onion slices...

If I can give a zero review I would. The food here is good because I've been here before and I know that but they do not adhere to any safety guidelines when it comes to code. I'm sorry I don't want someone that I don't know touching my food without a mask. I'm sure That's not popular in Oklahoma but.. sorry but what you think as your individual rights will not affect my health.

Worse Chinese food I have ever eaten. It is not authentic good Asian food. Quality is not in this food. Pictures are misleading. You just need to compare this Chinese food you get in the Dallas area to realize that Asian gourmet food taste like it's out of a can! Better to go to Asian Palace in Madill if you live in the Bryan County area to eat decent delicious Asian food.

2 days in a row for this joint. Chicken lo mein both times, excellent!!! Asked for chili oil and got it. The gentleman who brought out the food both times was pleasant and personable. Be sure to tip, cause he's that awesome! You can order by phone or online, and their times are accurate. Next time in Durant, I will absolutely be here!

The Food was good.....Quantity was worth the money paid...Value for money...Ordered chkn fried rice...good taste..good quantity...4 spring rolls....Good taste and good quantity.....chkn lo me...good taste and good quantity...but really big noodles the oversized one's not the regular hakka noodles.....Best of all was the Chikn hot n sour soup...Highly recommended...delicious...nice quantity of ordered large...Very good....recommended..Also to add up the restaurant has good set up taking 100% precaution to keep it clean and hygienic. Posters are placed outside the restaurant...order food by calling

The food and service at Asian Gourmet are just average. They have done some nice things for the community.

A small place with no buffet so everything is made to order and comes out piping hot. Huge menu. I had Kung Pao chicken and loved it but my girlfriend had Mongolian beef and didn't care for it much. Wontons and dumplings were fantastic. Friendly service.

Great food, great prices. Best Asian food in the area! Easy to order online and easy to run in and pick up. I would highly recommend the orange chicken!

Absolutely love this place for Asian, most especially the Kung Pao Chicken. Big portions, always piping hot! Not expensive at all. Our crew at work eat here about 3 times a month.

Good restaurant with very friendly owner. The dumplings are very tasty. And be aware that this place close every Saturday and open every day until 9pm. The waiting time is okay but you can also get food delivered from a third party app. Like this place and I go here every time if I visit Durant.

Fist off, they close at 9 pm, not 9:30. I walked in at 8:35 and the kids were mopping the floor and the seats were all on the tables.

Looks like it is going to be a take out kinda night. The mopping continued the entire time I was waiting. If you close at 9, mop at 9:05, don't penalize your customers. There were no other customers in the place. Just a few pick ups while I was there. Maybe they knew something I clearly didn't.

I ordered the $7.99 special. Sweet & Sour Chicken, chicken fried rice, and an egg roll.

I also ordered a small cup of hot & sour soup as it was recommended

This was amazing. Was traveling from out of town and this was one of the few places opened on a Sunday so we gave it a try. Exceeded our expectations. All of our plates were completely gone. Great food!!

So far so good. Being a newbie to Durant, this is the first Chinese restaurant I've tried here in Durant. I ended up ordering the Kung Pao chicken and Lo Mein combination dinner.

The Kung Pao chicken was tasty, a little bit light on the chicken for my taste but delicious. The Lo Mein was on the oily side but very flavorful as was the acompanying egg roll.

Oddly even though it was about 5:30pm, there was only 1 customer eating in the restaurant, although there is plenty of seating in there for more. I'll be back again, planning on trying the Chow Mei Fun noodles.

I was trapped in Durant during evacuation for Hurricane Harvey. My mom and I were in town for five days living in a hotel and eating take-out. This place was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was awesome, the guy that helped us figure out how to order what we wanted was super friendly. He was patient and explained what we were looking at and what his favorites were. We loved our food and absolutely plan to go back if we are ever in the area again.

Passing through town, craving Chinese. This place is great! Almost like the awesome street foods of Asia. Worth going out of the way to enjoy this place.

Average Asian food. Affordable prices for what you get. Combo meals come with soup with fried rice/noodles options. All under 8 bucks.

No too terribly different than any other Chinese dining establishment in the texoma area. They should consider finding a babysitter for their child running around. Super stressful.
