Turner Faith and Fitness truly began with Divine Intervention. While successfully working as a contracted personal trainer with Gold's Gym, Victor asked his wife, Aimee, to quit her job in accounting at a local trucking company because he was too busy to meet the needs of all of the clients and classes he had acquired.
We do all of our booking through the MindBody site. You can either download the MindBody app or register for an account by clicking "Register" below. Join us for $19.99/month and enjoy unlimited access to all of our training classes online! We will post our daily workout on a private Facebook group along with video demonstrations of each exercise.
We highly recommend the TRX Suspension Training method for many types of training. TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. We use it every day! This site provides a video showing how TRX began and the many ways TRX is used in training. We recommend all of our clients to purchase a heart rate monitor.

In celebration of National Education Association's Read Across America event this week, I was honored to be able to read a Dr. Seuss book to a class of first graders at Community Christian School. We opened the race by leading the participants in a good stretch and warm up! Afterwards, we were interviewed by SCB TV Channel 182.
