I use my personal and legal experiences to educate, comfort and assist my clients with estate planning and elder law matters. When my mother died suddenly, I experienced firsthand the lengthy process of probate for her estate and guardianship for my grandma who had dementia and lived in a nursing home.
After those experiences, I saw an opportunity to help others that are encountering similar situations and I went to law school. I created Griboff Law to help people with Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Medicaid Planning. When heading south on Rockville Pike, pass Marlo Furniture. 751 Rockville Pike will be on your right side but to enter suite 7, please take a right onto Mt.

I had a very good experience with Griboff Law. I needed to create estate documents and was carefully guided through the process from the planning stage, to the drafting of documents, and then the final signing. Each step was explained to me in clear terms, suggestions were made and questions were answered when I felt unsure, and in the end I felt very confident that the final documents expressed my wishes and suited my situation in life. I'm very pleased and satisfied, having chosen Griboff Law for my Estate Planning needs.

Amy was kind, helpful, caring, and her staff was the same. I would call her to help me anytime I needed a lawyer. She puts you at ease right away and tells it like it is, without being tough. If you need from a lawyer, call her. Sincerely, Cicji Sussman

Amy took her time with us when we needed to understand the process of all the documents that were required for my husband and myself. Timing was an issue too but we also had to make sure everything was covered properly by the law. Griboff Law did that and more for us.

As caregiver for my mom with dementia, I didn’t know where to start when I realized she had no legal documents (will, power of attorney, advance directive, etc.). Trying to figure out what lawyer to use was overwhelming in itself let alone everything that needed to be done. Thankfully I saw Amy Griboff’s website specializing in Elder Law (I didn’t even know that was a thing!). I immediately checked it out. Everything about her, her video, and more spoke to me like nothing I had read previously. I had to take this time to write because I’m sure there are others like me, similar in circumstances
